The aim of this course is that participants get acquainted to the methodology and practice of the design, planning and management of AC/DC-s. Hence we recommend it to HR professionals, who would like to incorporate AC/DC-s into their organisation’s selection and career planning processes, and would like to use these methods on a longer-term. Furthermore we recommend it to HR consultants, who would like to widen their range of services with AC/DC-s.
During the training, participants will learn how to plan competency models. They will get acquainted with a range of exercise types (group, in-tray, analysing and presenting, fact-finding, and role-play exercises), and through their evaluation they will learn how to prepare the organisation’s assessors. They will make competency-matrices and assessment-day programmes.
AC/DC-s are the most modern and reliable method for leader selection and career planning. If applied properly, an assessment and/or development centre is great help in deciding which (internal or external) applicants will make the most capable leaders, as well as what kind of development is needed for them to perform their duties effectively. SHL Hungary has rich experience in the design and implementation of AC/DC-s. We have helped a number of large companies in Hungary in setting up their own self-sufficient AC/DC system, and we also have a number of ready-to-use exercises.
While offering a theoretical outlook, the course focuses on practical questions. The curriculum mostly builds on SHL exercises, but at the same time our aim is for the participants to be able to create their own exercises, based on what they have learned. We try to take in consideration the participants’ individual needs, and within our possibilities shape the standard curriculum according to these. The courses are held by SHL’s experienced consultants.
She graduated first as a mathematics-geography teacher in Szeged. Then, she obtained a degree in psychology from Eötvös Loránd Science University. Her professional attitude can be characterised by strong practice-orientation. She is a keen lecturer and supervisor of the training courses.
She is one of SHL Hungary’s founders. She has rich experience in designing and delivering Hungarian and international selection projects. She took part in assembling the professional materials for the Hungarian SHL training courses.
She has been SHL Hungary's director since 1997. She plays a critical role in spreading SHL methodology in Eastern Europe.
She is an SHL UK accredited trainer.
