Formátem dotazníku je tzv. "vynucený výběr", tj. kandidát si má vždy vybrat ze čtyř výroků ten, který je pro něho nejcharakterističtější a ten, který je nejméně charakteristický. Výhodou tohoto formátu je především to, že uchazeči těžko mohou záměrně ovlivňovat výsledky hodnocení. Vyhodnocení může být provedeno jen počítačem.

Candidatul trebuie să indice pe o scară de cinci grade cât de caracteristică este fiecare din cele 162 afirmații din test. Din raport reiese profilul candidatului pe 17 trăsături. De fapt varianta pentru muncitori a chestionarului OPQ.
