Numerical Reasoning (Interactive)

Verify Interactive Numerical Reasoning assessment measures a candidate’s ability to make correct decisions or inferences from numerical or statistical data. The test measures the ability to work with numerical data in a realistic workplace context. This task involves utilizing numerical information and problem solving skills to create charts, graphs, and fill in spreadsheets.

Deductive Reasoning (Interactive)

Verify Interactive Deductive Reasoning assessment is designed to measure the ability to draw logical conclusions based on information provided and complete scenarios using incomplete information. It provides an indication of how an individual will perform when asked to develop solutions when presented with information and draw sound conclusions from data. This form of reasoning is commonly required to support work and decision-making in many different types of jobs at many levels.

Inductive Reasoning (Interactive)

Verify Interactive Inductive Reasoning assessment measures a candidate’s ability to identify patterns within pieces of information and generate innovative solutions. The test measures the ability to infer rules, patterns, or sequences and then use that information to predict outcomes. The task presents candidates with information presented as shapes and alphanumeric sequences.

The Work Styles Questionnaire has been specifically designed to help assess and develop the behaviours associated with successful job performance in the areas of manufacturing and production. It is applicable to a wide range of selection and development activities, ranging from recruitment, one-to-one performance counselling, training needs analysis, through to team building and restructuring. It is basically a version of the OPQ developed specifically for manufacturing and production jobs.
